Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Iris 3D Prints. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
  • Prices are listed in [INR / currency] and may change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
  • For custom or large orders, we may ask for an advance payment of [50]% before production begins.
  • We accept [UPI, cards, net banking, etc.].

2. Custom Designs and Uploaded Files

  • You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any design or file you submit.
  • We do not print items that infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights, or items that are illegal or unsafe (such as weapons or weapon parts).
  • We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund if payment was made.
  • Your files are used only to fulfil your order and are not shared with third parties.

3. Production and Delivery

  • Estimated production and delivery times are approximate, not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to design complexity, material availability, or courier issues.
  • Once handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner.
  • Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect details.

4. Product Variations

  • 3D printing is a physical process, so small differences are normal:
  • Colors may differ slightly from images shown on screens.
  • Minor layer lines, surface texture, and dimensional variations (typically within [±0.2 mm]) are not defects.
  • Finishing options such as sanding or painting are available on request and may cost extra.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before production starts for a full refund.
  • Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

  • Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect design choices.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [48 hours / 3 days] of delivery with clear photos. We will repair, reprint, or refund at our discretion.
  • Approved refunds are processed within [7-10] business days to the original payment method.

7. Material Use and Safety

  • Printed items are made from materials such as [PLA, PETG, ABS, resin].
  • Unless stated otherwise, our products are not food-safe, medical-grade, or designed for heavy load-bearing, high-heat, or safety-critical use.
  • Keep small parts away from young children.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Designs created by Iris 3D Prints remain our property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.
  • Custom designs we create for you may be reused only as agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Iris 3D Prints is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Privacy

  • We collect only the information needed to process your order (name, contact details, address, payment details). We do not sell your personal data.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
